Ravindra Prabhat Biography

Ravindra Prabhat is a Hindi novelist,scholar, journalist, poet and a short story writer from India. He has served as an administrator, editor, and researcher, and screen play writer. He writes for major daily newspaper as a historian. He has also received several awards.

Prabhat was born on 5 April 1969 in the village of Mahindwara, Sitamarhi, India. He raised and received primary education there. He obtained higher education in geography honours from B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University in Muzaffarpur, he later studied Master of Journalism and Mass Communication ( MJMC) from the Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad.

Prabhat has been writing since 1987 in various subjects. His compositions are published by almost all major Hindi newspapers in India and abroad. His poems are compiled into a half-dozen poetry collections. A regular columnist for the Daily News Activist and Jansandesh Times Hindi daily published from Lucknow. He is also chief editor of VatVriksh & Parikalpana Samay (Hindi Magazine).

Prabhat has done some specific tasks in the field of blogging. In 2007 he started a new experiment in the blog world Through Blog Vishleshan "he introduced several gems to the readers. In 2007 this chain started in the prose form. Later on in 2008 this changed in the form of literature, and it came before readers in 11 sections. In 2009 he transformed this blog on a large scale and with different classification by means of 25 segments presented the details of main blogs. In the same way this work got carried in 2010, and completed the work successfully. In the form of 21 sequels he presented yearly blog reports of various blogs . To keep positive the sketches of blog world. Blog utsav is a successful experiment. With positive thoughts Ravindra Prabhat organised and presented for the first time the main bloggers of blog world on one platform, and other than that poets also joined Blog utsav. This has given a positive message in the Hindi blog world. He is specially recognized for his critic works towards Hindi blogging, but his stories and novels speak for themselves. Poverty showered through his materialistic situations while his psychosomatic dimensions supported him." He is founder member of the Parikalpna Award. It is the Blog literary award in India, which presented by the Parikalpnaa Samay (Hindi Magazine) and Parikalpnaa Dot Com (Veb Magazine).
