Deep in thought, I strike a cause to live down,
And there’s no place left to lay my white noise down.
We’ve talked over all the things we hope for,
But to save the world is not enough to lose.

An intangible web of invisible, unknown lines manifests in my consciousness
Yet would attempt to conceal its form, that life force which pulses,
Flying astride of my eyes, connecting everything in heart and eye.
At once, I hear cellos play, touch atop the waves, see the sunrise,

One more song to wash the sleep,
One more song to make them weep.
Upon the eve of ecstasy,
Entropy sends the knife in deep.

There's still some mystery left in this world.

In the cooling of a young dwarf star and the revolving of the heavens,
In the makings of a fresh, bold world by the breath of God,

In the arms of a warm embrace,
Purer than this world can give,
I glimpse the eyes of a golden face
And a smile for which I live.
