sometimes, you know, i'm so far from home,
some say i'm strange, they just don't know,
where i've been and what i've seen,

they say life is short
but then again
what could i do that would take longer
unless of course
...

time...tributary of things unknown
to this we look forward to
yet curse thee in reflection
hurled into the inescapable destiny of silence
...

mob mentality on a global scale
we lead ourselves one step closer to our own extinction
what a precipitant lifeform we are
a planetary infection
...

when living in the fast lane
you better hope they let you over when the fuel runs out
'cause they will run your a** over man
just like you did whenever someone got in the way
...

in the midst of a dream I awake

only to discover that death had befallen me
...

The night before wasn’t unlike many others, with the monkey on his back it’s hard to rest. His clothes are dirty, his hair’s a mess, but the marks on his arms, they tell it best.

And he woke up with freedom on his mind. Chains come in many shapes. He wants to run and leave it all behind. Somewhere safe, freedom on his mind.
