The night bereft of stars
Dark, smooth with no scars,
Flawless and simple to behold
Unembellished, in cloud's fold.
...
In the twilight, before the night wanes,
You peek through my window panes.
That is hazy with mist and dew,
Just to see me for moments few.
...
The Grand jigsaw
I am one tiny puzzled piece
Lost from the grand jigsaw,
...
Night Beauty
The night bereft of stars
Dark, smooth with no scars,
Flawless and simple to behold
Unembellished, in cloud's fold.
She wears the cloak deep purple
Endless, flowy, soft and supple,
Yet holds time's hands
To reign across far lands.
Glides swift, quite and sure
As a belle coy and demure,
Lush with secret and wonder
Careful to not let asunder.
Tiptoes like silent breeze
Lest trample sweet dreams,
Fireflies brighten her path
Pearly dews give her bath.
Prince of light then ascends
Pours red, gold to make amends,
Gently embraces to envelop
Thus unfolds life and all beyond.
