Just being is the most beautiful thing in the world. No posturing, no pretending, no leaping beyond what your natural gifts are. No regrets nor aspiring to be more. Just being gives peace, gentle joy and gracefulness.
One must do practice in the waking world and become a walking, living, breathing meditator. Not a person just sitting with their eyes closed, but the meditator with his eyes open in the world and acting in the world from a place of peace, compassion, kindness and most importantly, the place of being awareness. Only then does one become a true meditator in life.
True strength does not come from bypassing our suffering. By entering into the eye of the storm and abiding in awareness, there you will gain wisdom and peace. Your suffering is in service to your evolution. It is always doing that very thing. Why not meet it? Face it. And you will evolve from it.
Eyes of love in a loveless world. Blindness would be sweeter.
