He lost the will to live,
no longer the desire to thrive,
happiness to him was deprived,
he felt as no one cared he survived,
...
Purple is the ribbon we wear,
a burden we carry so unfair,
it's reality not all that rare,
our bodies have a lot to bear,
...
The Silent Cry Of Suicide
He lost the will to live,
no longer the desire to thrive,
happiness to him was deprived,
he felt as no one cared he survived,
he was lost without the drive,
sadness took over he couldn't revive,
he wasn't even the age of twenty-five,
even with babies love couldn't keep him alive,
darkness took over as his will took a dive,
he left the earth alone as his life now an archive,
we miss you friend and that's no lie,
only wish the chance to say good-bye,
maybe even convince you to give life another try,
the question will always be why,
as our hearts are broken and tears we cry,
may your soul be free and you rest in peace.
