WISDOM FREDERICK OKIDIKA Poems

Oh history of man
Born out from the surrounding of man
Writing the errs and rights of man
Like yam stored in ban
...

Life`s not been the same in my class
Life`s not been the same in my class
Since the day the new pupil came
I my teachers barely remembered my name
...

Like glub
Their heart pounded round the globe
Seeing my hobbies
Fascinating and une-xaggerated said Davies
...

Like a demi god
For he was a man of God
All and sundry he accommodated
A comforter to down trodden and the broken-hearted
...

It was an evening of love
Asked if I truly loved
For she was once unloved
And vowed never to love
...

History

Oh history of man
Born out from the surrounding of man
Writing the errs and rights of man
Like yam stored in ban

History has no man as friend
Even when you try to friend or offend
History tells what is worth
For it generations learnt

With ink or oral a made a fact
Whether a child was born to act
Or a child`s born from the union of mat
Or a purpose to show a might

History has got eyes, ears, hand and chair
For where it goes an ear would hear
That Shaka fiercely fought without fear
And that was without his wife a pair.
