I have had my world crushed, heart stomped to pieces, and my feelings hurt,
I've been cursed, hated on and drug thru the dirt.
I've felt as if the weight of the world had landed in my lap.
I've been Lied to, cheated on, and made to feel like crap.

I wouldn't say that I've tried, that shouldn't be a word,
to say that I haven't succeeded that just won't be heard.
I have been told to look beyond what I know is real,
a place where only you decide when and how you'll heal.

There will come a day you will surely see, all the horrible things you've said and done to me.

I sit here and think of all the times we've fought, and how my relationship with you is something i bought.

You cast your line, baited and hooked.
You waited and waited, did what it took.
Here I am dangling at the end of your line, paitently waiting, frozen in time.
Unable to breathe you watch me struggle,
