First thing first, and what's that first thing,
Other than learning, is there anything!
Learn more and more as knowledge is power,
Step by step, it's a beacon tower,
Clean your souls, it's a bath of knowledge,
Be proud of school when you move to a college.
First thing first, and what after it,
Respect your teachers, don't be a misfit,
Cooperate and love your lovely class mates,
It's love and respect that makes your fates,
With hands in hands and a pleasant smile,
Plow the fields of learning fertile.
First thing first but I can't overrule,
Oh colorful flowers! At the moment an ovule!
Your games your plays and celebrations,
Your innocent naughts are your elevations,
Your teachers know how to keep moderate,
And how to make your future and fate.
(A message of a grandfather on the grandparents day at school)
Thanks for a sagacious message to all students to acquire knowledge and to nurture qualities of respect, love, cooperation and sportsman spirit. Great counseling from an elderly generation to the younger one.
A wise counsel. Yes, we have to learn to fix our priorities! Knowledge is power, but too much of learning at a tender age is not good. So elders should allow a right mix of study and play for children!
The faster you can learn the more space and time will be left for you to learn more and more. Because learning has no end, only excepting how much you can grasp out of it and that itself will widen your wisdom.... Thank you for addressing it.
Yes learning is the first thing and you have nicely reminded in this wise poem. Respecting teachers we can learn many things. Interesting poem shared with nice view. Interesting poem shared really....10
