Those Mesmerizing Eyes Poem by Amitava Sur

Those Mesmerizing Eyes

Rating: 5.0

Those two eyes' magnetic and beckoning gesture
Are so mesmerizing with their opulence and glitter.
They seem to be two shining beads of morning dew
Glittering with a glaring sheen in the morning sun beam.

I am blinded, shaken and surrendered to them
Those eyes had stolen me and I fell in love with them

I was so content and delighted, having a filling
As if I was walking in air.

O' dear -
I loved you, love you and will love you for ever.

Mesmerizing, those two beautiful eyes-
Are unforgettable for ever! !

A truly awesome poem, magnetic just like those eyes. I agree with Valsa below eyes say so much without the use of words. Beautiful poem.....10

Yes, I've been there too - Your poem brings it back to my mind - She was Lebanese in background, dark hair and dark eyes, and she made me think I was walking on air currents for about three weeks and then she grounded me for reasons she never explained - WE CAN STILL BE FRIENDS she said as if that was a possibility!
