Troublesome Forty Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Troublesome Forty

Rating: 2.5

6.Much damage is done when a man of honour utters wild words.
It will be woeful, if the valiant men are lazy in war.
The condition of the poverty-stricken is anguishing.
The words of the violent men will be calamitous.

7.The weapons in the weak hands give pain.
The beauty of the flowers sans perfumes is distressing.
The acts of a confused man cause misery.
The words of a man without clear diction give pain.

8.It is sorrowful to see a bright-minded man lacking character.
If the laughable friends have no love, it is grieving.
It is disastrous if one who rushed to fight backtracks.
The friendship of an unwilling person gives pain.
