Im Not Sure

I feel nothing but hopelessness and despair
I'm confused standing in the middle of a field
Holding my own body close trying to fill the void that was left
its not working.. I don't feel the comfort that i so desperately cry out for
The attention I crave, The love I desire
I have no help no one to tend to the scariest demons in my life
who to turn to in these times of need when your afraid?
I want to be prosperous I want to gain the respect that should have rightfully been mine from the start
But you left me.. You left me with an open wound that cannot be repaired
I push away spirits that tempt me to do the things that are in my blood
I cant work with a clouded mind and a wiry soul
Where is my protector the one almighty
One often tends not to believe in the 'Most High' why?
Is it because your afraid?
In life you bash, you lie, you steal, you cheat, but you also accomplish, rejoice,
respect, love, honor, and trust…
you look demonic
Sort of like the devil himself in the flesh
But your so innocent
not aware of the harm that can be done..
So what do you do?
Hide?
There is no where to run to in the eyes of them..
Where to go?
Who to run to?
Who to protect you?
Who am I?
I don't know anymore than you do..
You've been swallowed by the darkness..
Your tired.. You awake to..
