This poem is good. Gets one to think about things. There is alot of strength worth finding here. Good work. Deborah Cromer

In The Dark Of The Night

In the dark of the night,
He comes
He who holds my life within his soul
Penetrating my armour
With his steely glances
Stabbing my persona with his butcher knife
Leaking my fluids from my wounds
But I will survive
Yes, yes, I will survive
I have all my life to give
All my life to live
I will survive
Oh indeed my love
I will survive
Stay with me
Your love is what makes me whole
Although I leak
I cry for your love
In the darkness of my misery
And the sorrow of my soul
In the dark of the night
