It's Just Right

The moment our lives crossed
We felt the immediate tension between
Unfortunately your presence was too quickly lost
Now play truth or dare with me, I want to tell you what I mean

Every memory of you I hold so tight
When you told me you really liked me that night
Our fingers entwined as we walked into our precious hours
Moments of true passion, moments of higher powers

It felt so right as I ran my fingers through your hair
We stare in one another's eye as we just lay there
Speechless if you will, it all fell into place
I miss your smile and your touch, it has been too many days

Open up your heart for me and tell me what you feel
I promise I'll treat your heart gently when I shall steal
I wish upon the stars that they may lead us back together
