Mending The Broken Door

Walking in the house tired and broken, words and voices running through my head. Undressing my tired body I feel the warm calming feeling of hot water raining down on me. I start crying, turning the handle up higher. I cry for so long that night and day fade to one. My thoughts are mixed up, my heart is gasping for air. I passed out…I wake up and go to bed, I'm bruised and burnt. I lay there broken ready to rest forever.My eyes are heavy, my mind is crazy. I pass out thinking of the demon, knocking on my door, my broken door…

I fell back asleep in a daze. I'm shaking, my heart is racing, my dreams are chasing. Out of nowhere it fades to light, my heart is steady, my mind is calm. I hear a voice whispering in my ear, ‘'it's alright now, i'm here for you. I'm not leaving just rest.''
At that moment I never felt safer. That voice keeps me going, keeps me sain. I feel like I can be me. My dreams calm down. But my heart still pounds. I suddenly start getting a small fear in my chest.I'm afraid I will lose my light, my spirit, my tranquility. Even if they reassure me. I then feel them holding me and I start to awaken. My eyes are heavy and my heart still racing.My door is mending…
