The darkness is where I dwell,
Hidden here, under a spell.
I wake from my sleep,
Buried here, six feet deep.
...

I looked up at the starry sky,
And wondered why it's up so high.
Why it's beside Mars
And close to the stars.

A Vampire Hunting Its Prey

The darkness is where I dwell,
Hidden here, under a spell.
I wake from my sleep,
Buried here, six feet deep.
My craving for blood becomes stronger,
My pearly white fangs grow longer.

I soar in the sky,
Below the moon, up high.
I have the knowledge of 600 years,
And no fears.
I spot something down below,
If I had a heart beat, it would grow.

My lips are red,
Stained with the blood of my victim.
Dawn is approaching, no time to waste.
Get back to your grave and remember the taste.
What am I you say?
A vampire hunting its prey.
