Comments about Andrew Turner.
As I slip away
The night makes its calls
For the creatures to return,
From the depths of the mind and matter
With the dreams and the nightmares to remember well.
My heart shall fall asleep.
From within the creatures eyes
Looking for the thing it cannot find.
As the world settles into a slumber.
The boney trees sway in the wind.
And the cold air settles the soul.
As the moon rises in the sky,
And throws the shadows that are and aren’t there.
Listen closely, in the distance,
And hear the church bell toll’s twelve.
