A graduate of the University of Aberdeen with a background in education, Andy is a native of Strathspey, where he spent his childhood and youth. His outlook on life reflects his Highland upbringing and much of his inspiration is drawn from the natural world and from Celtic myth. He has had many of his poems published in poetry magazines over the last couple of years and is currently working on a pamphlet.
