She is the moonlight
radiant and incandescent
covered by the dark shadows
as the tears of the sun
wash away her iniquity.

She is the moonlight
hiding in her shadows
that cover her shame
leaving behind yesterdays
and things left unsaid.

She still believes
and feels the eve
of a future new
and passion true
to make her feel
and give her will.
