Anjleena Ahuja Poems

I wish to hide in the woods
but only if I could.
far far away from my fears
because of which I shed tears
...

Black is the colour from which

Everybody frights from, except night
whereas white is not less than a glitch.
...

I was a mermaid
deprived of the sea
and my fishy tail started to fade
because I was not in the sea.
...

Nothing stays forever I have heard
but contradicting to the fact I have observed.
nobody can escape it
which includes great stars and planets.

Away From Responsibilities

I wish to hide in the woods
but only if I could.
far far away from my fears
because of which I shed tears
because nobody seems to know me there
which seems pretty tranquil and rare.
Nobody is there to nag me.
This will feel so free!
Free from the chains
which give me pain.
I will be happy like my childhood memories
And will again imagine a talk with fairies.
