    Angels In The Aftermath
    HER FURY SWEPT DOWN UPON UNSUSPECTING TOWNS
    A POEM CANNOT SPEAK, WHAT HAPPENED THOSE DAYS
    i CRY FOR THE LOSSES, WORTH MORE THAN COST
    WHISPERS IN THE NIGHT, HER FURY BROKE LOOSE

    a HUSH? FROM DAWN TO DUSK-TEARS AND FEARS
    sUCH LOSS OF LIFE CANNOT COMPARE, TO THE
    SUFFERING AND LOSS: DESTRUCTION
    SHE STRUCK TOO HARSH- A POEM CANT'S SAY
    WHAT HAPPENED THAT DAY.

    HEROES APPEARED, ATTEMPTING TO SAVE LIVES
    TO FIND LOST PETS, AND FAMILIES GONE STRAY

    WE DON'T KNOW, WHERE NEW FLOWERS, WILL GROW.

Elegy

Death has no breath
the last one lost
To powers unknown
this man I love, lying here
Has almost no life here left
With tubes and shots for life
Wouldn''t he rather die?
I''d been sure maybe he''d live.
But now I breathe one sigh of relief
This man I see, Is once again free.

We all must have our date with death
And in good time, I''ll have mine
Is living harder, I ask myself.
Can dying sometimes bring relief
