When it is your life to take away

Is nothing because the choice must be made

The tickle of air upon the cheek
A touch of warmth from the sun
The sight of fluid water
And a burning sensation within the chest

A black shroud hugs
And the music lowers to a whisper
The darkness striked with silver
Feet picking up dust from the floor

A question already asked
What do I say
The time for words have passed
...

Little rose prim and primed
Sitting still frozen in time
Petals lit a heavenly glow
Falling down long and slow
...

He runs till his feet are sore
He talks till his mouth is dry
He believes what he thinks is real
And is a dog fed a bone of steel
...

The king that lives inside of me
Is one that doesnt want to be
He mounts his horse
drawn to reins
...

annoyed is a word with no meaning
yet its said everyday
and we seem to hear it
as if one word really made a difference and one person was truly significant
