Nothing of this vain world I desire
The storm which comes thou bringst unto me love
Penetrating thru this mire;

Tonight I sit alone
Weary as an old tree,
Tonight while listening to a song
I find you hiding from me.

While wading my legs in the lake water
Beholding the dark and soundless evening
My heart aches and aches and aches my dear
When about you I start thinking.

what is this jewel
which i cannot decipher,
in the pain of life, in the trial
of time, in agony, in despair

i see you my beloved
i see your magical eyes
staring deep into my soul
in the mystical twilight,
