Words Of My Beloved Poem by Arunesh Goswami

Words Of My Beloved

Rating: 5.0

While wading my legs in the lake water
Beholding the dark and soundless evening
My heart aches and aches and aches my dear
When about you I start thinking.
The lake is mute, dark and lonesome
Doth a spirit embraces it all over
I see the ripples that sail and never return
And a fear thin as thread chops my soul dear,
I fear about you; say you will come back
To sit by my side in this holy evening
You are afar and I cannot track
Thy path…, say you will come and sing.
I gaze the dark trees standing motionless
And dream of those happy moments together in the lea
Then the silence blown me to emptiness
My dear say, you will come to comfort me.
