Down on my face,
In a pool of mud.
My knees so weak,
I could even speak,
My misery rising to it's peak.
Lost in the maze,
Left behind in the race.
My tears blind my sight,
Fear blocks out the light,
I almost took to my plight,
..but Love Lifted Me.
