Tell me I’m pretty

Tell me my hair is as pulchritudinous as

A newborn baby’s smile

That when you run your fingers through it

You can’t help but to do it a million times more

Tell me that my nose is faultless,

That when I rub it against yours you get high

Tell me my smile is the light,

That brings you home in your most darkest days

And without it you’d be lost



Tell me I’m pretty

Tell me you love the pale skin I'm in,

That when I’m around you

I don’t have to feel ashamed

Tell me the way I hold you

Is how you want to stay for

The rest of your days

Tell me that when my fingers intertwine with yours

You feel like you can take on the world

No hesitation needed

Tell me my hazel eyes are the most beautiful

You’ve ever seen; and when you take a glance you’re

In a strange place that brings everlasting joy
