the emotions burning in me seem all so strange,
only one I know,
Pain.

They are waiting for the signal,
then they'll drop.
They are waiting, carefully and fearfully.
No one wants to escape first.

Why can't they?
I'm doing it for them to see, yet it's like they don't.
I'm living for them, but I'm sure they won't be for me.
