Was gifted to us, by the birth of a boy
Bequeathed as well, for all to enjoy

The beat persists
My rhythm flows
I still exist

I can't live and watch as you depart

So I'm waiting till tomorrow
Feeling hurt and filled with sorrow

HAPPY NEW YEAR
Woke up New Year morning
My head in a fog
My body contorted

BAD NEWS
Bad news is really hard to take
Especially if, a life's at stake
To watch the torture and the pain
