Hail Mary full of grace
No limitation on your face,
of understanding and warm empathy.
When you and I wore smaller shoes,
we would of this life oft' peruse,
in awe such childlike wonders we would see.
For I was king of everywhere
Full of courage, guile, and dare;
yet would in times of sadness hold your hand.
You laughed as I did dragons slay,
and vowed forever and a day,
to be my queen and wear my golden band.
