Lost Love?

I love him, but i hate it.
I once thought we would make it.
But now as reality sets in,
I realize Im never going to win.

Together we were great.
I was sure it was fate.
Two people came together.
To make one that lasts forever.
At least thats what i thought.
I know, its a lot.

Time spent with you was time well spent.
To me, everything it meant.

I love you with every piece of my heart.
It pains me for us to be apart.

Me, Im too far away.
And you, well you found yourself somthing else i would say.

It may sound mean i know.
Maybe Ive reached an all new low.
But as you lay with her intertwined,
All i can hope is that you think of me,
And how you could be mine.
