Someone

I cry
Oh But why do you do so?
Because I am not happy
Why are you not happy?
Because my life belongs to someone other than me
Who?
A stranger I no longer recognize
She stares at me deep in her eyes searching
She can't find what she is looking for
Perhaps a glimpse of hope her old self
Nothing
She can't find anything
Her hope is so lost that she can't find what she is looking for
Despair
Her mind is empty
There is no sign of life
How can she move on
She can no longer
No but she must
The girl staring back at her is still alive
She can breath
She can move her fingers
There is a way
No there must be
Hope
I cry
