A once small and bed ridden beauty,
still so meek.
Hair of Ebony and eyes like the night
sky they seek.
This tale of a soul so bright, my child
Her smile could melt your fears, render you
breathless letting you fall apart.
By her side i stood through the storm, and
as the days grew better her life i now adore.
dark days have passed and the sun shines on,
for she is in my arms ever more.
if ever even a cold shall again arise, let it be
known ill be her token, for she is my flesh
