When Tomorrow Starts Without You

it'll be like any day with cloud of white and sky of blue.
But the air is different now, the sky a different hue.

The clouds mock and scorn me, air poison to my lungs.

Relax my friend, take a breath,
a book has it's pages, a ladder it's rungs.

I'm merely on the next one, not so far away.

I know dear friend, but I'd wish you here to stay.
I do not know the feeling of you not in a day.

A new feeling yes I know, but be strong and please don't fret.
The day is the same, yes on this I'll bet.
Do not waste it now for only to regret.

I need your life, the air I breathe no longer has you.
Can't you see grass a different green, the sky a different blue.
Can you see all the change this world has now gone through.

Dear one, clear your head.
Life's the same, do not dread.

I shall always be home now, warm and safe and dry.

Can you not see oh how you've made me cry.

The world is not the same, how dare you go and say it.

I say it only in the truth, yes none of it my wit.
I mean it dearest loved one, this truth I do commit.

I miss you, I need you, day by day, always in sight.
How can I have that now, now you've taken flight.

I am and was and forever will be.
In heart, in sight, in mind of thee.

So now do I go? Go on but you without.

Dear Love, I'm always with you, always without a doubt.
