Blight

Pandemic is an insidious, invisible beast befouling citizenry
Flitting, flitting, flying free finding sinus sanctuary
Blocking breath — barking — belching, blasting bugs
Thumping, throbbing, thudding with a mallet on temples
Stirring, swirling, spinning stimulating shivering and sickness
Wings shadowing shading, spoiling, scragging
