Three Years Of Waiting

There's no such thing as Mr. Right
That's what I thougth and it was alright
Because I know that in my heart and mind
The man I want is up to me to find.

The first time I saw you I already knew
That one day I will be sitting beside you
Holding your hand while saying I LOVE YOU
Cherishing every moment while all
our feelings are true.

Falling in love with you at first sight,
And waiting for your love at the right time
Gave me the reason why every day and night
I pray that someday you will be truely mine.

Finally, I had my most awaited part
Where your eyes meet mine and there was a spark
Which makes me smile while my heart beats fast
And makes me wish that this feeling will last.

Today Winfred, that you are with me now
I give you this poem which will serve as a vow
That no matter how difficult and complicate dour lives are,
I will be holding your hand and together, we will make our step on the same way.

(This poem is dedicated to the man I waited for three years, Winfred.)
