Hope

Sadness is there.
Sadness is not fair.
But that doesn't mean nobody cares.

When I am sad,
and when I feel bad,
my mom is there, along with my dad.

Life is hard,
and sadness might be in the cards,
But don't let it take you off guard.

Happiness is there too.
Let it stick like glue.
It'll make you brand new.

Let your happiness become hope.
It'll help you cope.
So don't just mope,
Have hope.
