The sun yawns wearily and
creeps quietly beyond the
western horizon,
And the moon jumps promptly

Shapely and curvaceous lips,
Protruding at intervals to each other,
Circling, entranced, around it's nectar eclipsed,
They protect from an unwanted interloper.

Love hurts like a rose,
Seeming instantly attractive,
It too has it's thorns.
They hurt, they sting and burn,
...

The trees stood tall through early months,
and without hindrance they staked their claim,
'til autumn’s harsh indifference came.
...

Death is the passing of a soul,
into a better world.
Fear it not, hate it not,
Embrace it and celebrate
...

She would sit in her wicker chair,
A white apron draped across her knees,
Her hands rested there, with rosary beads
strung between her fingers.

In death they are gone from our side,
Do not fear, nor do not mourn nor worry.

They have left us, but yet are still with us,

Raindrops fall quietly by,
While sun shall sleep behind a layer
of gray moving through the sky,
Moistening the dear crisp air.

The rose stands proud and tall,
A sight for all to see,
Not one petal will it leave fall,
Bringing no action of misery.
