Troubled Parts Of A Wishful Heart

How many stabs must I take
A wishful handshake from long ago
Many they act as if they do not know
A mans word his strenth comes true

With in the heart lies many layers
Some have grown with time
Others have been since the day we came
Some are yet to be found

Cliff, I left messages for Jerry Hughes in the members' enclosure, one to say that you were hoping to get in touch with him, but I'm not sure he got them...

Hi Cliff. Jerry Hughes, who's dyslexic, is hoping to get in touch with others who have the same problem on this site. If you feel like chatting to him (Australian,74, ex-boxer) can you manage it through the site? I'm still vague on this messaging system. cheers, Michael

Hi Cliff...I am just beginning to read your poetry, 'The Dance' and 'I Think Not Jo D' among the first. Your are a writer for sure. Have you given thought to publishing a poetry book? I think you should. Just me, Lare Joseph Austin
