I am not what you may want,
But i'm the one that comes to you
When you are only one.

David Linke Biography

Hello to all and to all hello. I am currently living in Ireland but I was originaly born in Germany. I am still somewhat new here and am still having some difficulty with some of the stuff on this site. I don't really now anyone here and so would apreciate if you wrote a comment, it doesn't even have to have anything to do with poetry, a piece of general conversation will do fine.)

Fallen From Grace

Slit our wrists to bleed the blood
Of those whom we have burried.
By our own evilthey were taken,
Forced to leave their mortal coils.
We bleed the blood that we have spilled
In selfishacts of hatred.
We stab straight through our fragile grace
And go deep were an enless pain resides.
We are blinded from these violent deeds
By our own make believe.
Fake causes now avert our eyes
And justify our greedy hunger,
Which comes from a hate
Born in an age that long ago now passed.
