I was weak, I was bleak,
I was dumb, I was sick,
I looked for a fight, I wanted to thrive,
...
Won The Loss! !
I was weak, I was bleak,
I was dumb, I was sick,
I looked for a fight, I wanted to thrive,
I seek to rise, I had to survive,
It was a sting, It was a fling,
I wanted to run, I wanted to win,
It came to me, I mustered to be me,
I faced the heat, n shed some sweat,
Had no mercy, didn’t want to fail,
Put d hard-work, learnt the tricks,
Crawled in the start, faltered a bit,
Didn’t gave up, until I win,
The wins came by, I was rising high,
Looking at the losers, I was smiling by,
Grades grew, paychecks fat,
Designations flashy, tearing me apart,
I was into it, or it was into me,
I wasn’t there, when my siblings heeded me,
Sometimes I tried, sometimes I cried,
Couldn’t make it up, to my parents desires,
I had won d agony, I had won the apathy,
I had won d feelings but i was alone,
Winner I stood, loser to say,
I lost more, than my winning per se,
@peak of it, no one to see,
I won from those, with whom I wanted to be,
Ain’t only I lost all of them,
I lost my blood, I lost my soul,
No memories to recall, no moments to share,
Winning is all I had always cared,
Now it seems a worthless thing,
Life is one, many smiles to bring,
Lose to win, win to lose,
It was thrust upon me, I did not choose.
