A Mother Speaks

A mother speaks with understanding,
And wisdom beyond her years.
And when you're not looking,
She speaks with flowing tears.
A mother will speak with silence
So disappointment will not show;
And when she speaks with a smile,
Her approval you will know.
A mother can show she cares
Without even making a sound;
Just her continuous support
Makes you feel she's all around.
A mother will speak with hugs
When words just aren't enough.
With an inner voice from heaven,
She speaks with her love.
A mother is always there for you
And even when you are apart,
You can still hear her intently
Because she speaks with her heart.
