All In A Day

I got up this morning, feeling bad,
But the fact I was able to get up, I sure was glad.
Everyday will not be sunshine and roses,
And when the day the door to this life of ours closes,
We will sleep till the Master calls,
And we will answer for our sins, one and all.
Some may be healthy and live a full life,
Some may be sickly with pain, grief and strife.
We do not get to choose who or what we are,
And in this life we may travel near and far.
So make the most of what you've got
Some of us may not have a lot,
Be ever thankful for each sunrise you see,
And when the Lord picks his bouquet,
One of his flowers you may get to be.
