Beauty Queen

when I first saw her,
I never thought
That we would be a thing,
I remember running into her
On my way to the market,
She gave me an enchanting smile
that started the journey
we are currently in.

I was nearly hit
By a fast moving car,
After seeing
The angelic smile.

I could feel my heart beat,
I had never paid
So much attention,
As to hear the "tut! tuh! tuh! "
Of my heart
Before.

That day,
I knew I had found
if not a soulmate
Then a person who would
Be so dear to me.

Today I looked at her
As she dressed
Ready for work,
And admired her nicely
God-given curves.

I must admit that
I fall in love
With her,
Every passing day

She is the queen of my heart
And undoubtedly
The queen of beauty
Of my entire
Life.
