The Chronicle

I open my eyes with full of excitement

As I'll start to step my right foot to the new chapter

I start to guess, I start to wonder

What will gonna be my fate as I soon enter?



It's an awkward feeling as I invade the kingdom

I'm a loner, an outcast

Lots of peer chit and chatting that lasts

And I start to ask myself,

Is this adolescence?

'Oh my gosh.'



I was like a child whose gazing for someone to play with

In times of trouble or in times of need

To be happy or to be sad

Until someone talks to me and said

'FRIENDSHIP IS NOT A GAME TO BE PLAY,

INSTEAD, IT'S A PLAY THAT YOU CANT

TELL WHO REALLY IS TO BE'



That man really proves what he said

As I experience day by day

My best buds forget what we play

From yesterdays to yesteryear

It breaks our precious memory.



Soon and soon the new chapter will be no longer new

Another chronicle of my life to told to

The group, the friends, that I used to go with

They would gonna be a memory to reminisce a big bit.



I hope that by the time God offer us a new day

As we open our closed eyes full of excitement

What we play today, will be our play for tomorrow

And should be cherished to our entire life.



True friendship stays in our hearts
