Bitter Sweet

Watching, waiting, she moves past me,
I am struck by a wave that does strangle,
Feeling a desire, so intense, so evil,
Impure, decisive addiction I cannot heal
Her tears are my ecstasy,
Her smiles are my sun,
So much as a glance,
I know,
And I know my heart is won

Like thorns from a rose bush,
They do entangle me,
Killing me sweetly
I lust, I pine for a possession,
One I do not own,
I kiss the thoughts so sweet,
So Bitter,
An encaging, enrapturing dome

I seek release,
Day after night,
Seeking a way ...
