The Quiet Wine Glass

Generals and judges drink from me
Judases and knights from me they sip
Dark souls pour powder in me with motive
I remember them
Their faces reflected on mine
But i shall not tell

Sons born of queens
Daughters full of sins
Both drink from me
but their letters i shall not spell
Princesses with pink lips
Maidens with thrashing hips
are some that i kiss
But i shall not tell

I dine with kings
With silver and rings
who plot and sting
But my bell will not ring

I have mastered the words
Of the girl who sings
About the hateful ...
