Escape

Just how will a whole day and a night, and maybe another whole day and  another night and another be with me and you ensconced in some magical island where people do not matter? What would we do and be and what will our minds sing as we struggle to mingle our souls? I would scoop my heart and place it deep in your bosom and surrender my breath into yours as we kiss and suck and we touch and we pull the nearer limits of togetherness. My dream about this escape into your reality comes and squats in my nightmind and I do not know whether I am asleep or awake; whether you are in my embrace or far away, thousands of miles away, on another continent. I toss and moan and my twisted sheets tie and bind me a prisoner of my sleepless night....Come my beloved one. Drink from my cup and kiss me with your mouth full. My love for you has not even started, and yet this love madness holds me in chains and handcuffs and binds me to you and calls for the welder to come, finish the job. I call you on and on and on and on and the neighbours wake up and open the windows facing me clicking their tongues and whispering:  'It has started again'....
