A Dream Come True

I opened my eyes and I knew it was destiny
I saw a clear path that lead to serenity
The sun was blazing and the stars still shinning
On a white large horse glorious I was riding
The pace was slow but strong and growing
I was looking around with excitement but knowing
I felt serene, light and calm
My skin was covered with a golden balm
A smell of life was all around me
I stepped down from the horse and down on my knee
To touch a flower that instantly started blooming
And out of it a perfume of bliss started fuming
I looked up to the sky without a single cloud
The notes of a harp started to sound loud
I stood up and to the Creator I started to sing
On each shoulder I felt a growing wing
I started to rise and I fell into a daze
I reached the sun and I could caress it's rays
Looking down from above all I could see was joy
There was someone else; a smiling and victorious boy
I looked into his soul and I could tell he was free
I stared into his eyes and he told me it was me
We held hands and promised never to part
A new life was just about to start.
