Patience

Feels like the heart is in one place, but the beat with another
As I feel more low, my feelings go higher
Trying to find words that could make her mine
But love is a feeling you can’t define
Her tears are torture, like glass in my eyes
Yet her smile brightens the skies
Talk for hours and days, still not enough
Not able to say I miss you is more than tough
I don’t want her, I need her to say the least
My body is alive, but my life is deceased
Reality scares me but dreams are what keep me going
My love is an endless river so she can keep on rowing
