The Invisible

Ask me, why am I here?
I don’t know. I am just someone
Happens to be here;
Just a passerby;
Someone you will never remember.

For years and years,
We’ve searched for the eternity,
Looking for glories that never fade,
Hoping to be remembered
Forever and ever and ever.

Let them be those names:
The legends, you may say.
Let them be the greatest warriors:
The braveries, they will praise.
Men for years to be talked about.

Now ask me, where am I?
Where’s my name in all those?
I don’t know. Guess I am just someone
Who stands aside and claps,
For heroes need their admirers.
